We’re a growing team based in Copenhagen and the Netherlands, and we’re looking for a Digital Marketing Manager. 

Welldium is a venture-backed health tech startup on a mission to support the shift in the focus of our healthcare system from treating symptoms to addressing root causes. We help holistic healthcare practitioners by supplying their patients with high-quality supplements in a more convenient way. We bring transparency to the fragmented supplement industry.

The job

As Digital Marketing Manager you will work directly with our co-founder, Tina and help define and execute our growth strategy. You will be responsible for understanding our health care practitioners’ needs, and make sure we acquire, activate and retain them in the best way possible. You will be responsible for designing and running growth experiments and play a key role in our structured growth process.

Responsibilities 

You will lead the digital marketing projects to acquire, activate and retain health care practitioners. For that it is a big plus if you have at least 2 years of experience with:

• An analytical test and learn approach to constantly improve performance metrics

• Digital marketing (e.g. Facebook ads, SEO)

• Email marketing (e.g. email sequences)

• Inbound marketing

• Using HubSpot as a tool for the above

Tasks

• Build our end-to-end marketing funnel in HubSpot (including tracking, attribution and automations)

• Run own growth experiments on a weekly basis to optimize performance metrics (don't worry if you haven't worked with growth experiments - you will get the hang of it quickly. And trust us, it's fun!)

• Have (minimum) a bachelor’s degree within e.g. Business, Marketing, Communication or similar

• Are eager to drive a positive change in the healthcare system 

• Get energy from understanding customer needs and turn them into solutions

• Are ambitious, have a strong inner motivation and a positive mindset 

• Have a winning attitude - knowing that there are easy days and hard days and the ability to get through them both
