We are looking for a split-testing manager!

The person will be an integrated part of the marketing team on the strategic and tactical level.

The main role for someone in this position would be taking charge of split-testing various elements in our paid media efforts, landing pages & website. At AIrofit, we want to make smart decisions when it comes to implementing changes and do it in a data-driven manner.

You should also have a creative approach to increase relevant traffic to our homepage and increase the visitors' knowledge of respiratory muscle training. Our role is to increase the knowledge of respiratory muscle training and thereby help increase the knowledge of Airofit - and increase our conversion rates, of course.

Competences:

• Have a good experience with A/B split testing

• Moderate to good experience with Facebook Business Manager

• A structured approach to the tasks at hand

• Proactive and responsible

• Be comfortable making decisions based on what the conversion rates are showing

• Be comfortable having many tasks in the air and be able to prioritize these

Focus areas:

• Strategic planning

• Create new content/creatives from multiple channels such as Fiverr, Upwork, in-house video graphics, etc.

• A/B Splittests of ads and landing pages.

• Email marketing automation and visual content

• Marketplaces (Amazon, Best Buy, Decathlon mm.)

• Ad hoc
