As Customer Success Director you are responsible for leading, steering and building the customer success team. In Veo customer Success is splitted into two teams. The biggest team is our Support Team with 16 employees and then we have our Retention team with 5 employees. The teams are based in both Copenhagen and Miami.
Veo is both a hardware and a software company and we support and help our customers with both hardware and software related issues.
The opportunity
As we continue to scale our business and market, we are adding a Customer Success Director to the team who will report to the CSO at Veo. You will spearhead a group of Customer Success Representatives, ensuring each of our customers receives the customer support we are renowned for and inspiring the team to deliver an exceptional and successful experience.
You
You are a proven, hands-on leader who is passionate about helping your team reach their goals and grow, both personally and professionally. You have experience in a fast-paced environment, leading processes to increase adoption, revenue and retention, preferably in the SaaS space. You are naturally curious with an eye for process improvement and scalability, while driving engagement and performance from a seasoned team of professionals. You are driven to exceed company, team and individual goals.

3-5 years of experience with managing a Customer Success department
Scaled a Customer Success department from around 10 employees to + 50 employees.
B2B and B2C experience
SaaS and it would be a big plus if you had prior experience with servicing a hardware fleet
