The Superb opportunity

We are looking for a Commercial Operations Assistant to strengthen Superb's Commercial Ops team. That team's goal is to drive profitable growth through business and operational efficiencies. As a Commercial Operations Assistant, you will work in cross-functional Ops teams consisting of Commercial Operation roles and Data Analysts. You will be joining diverse and international teams with flexible working hours.


What you will do:

  • Research, plan & implement improvements within our current tooling stack

  • Solve business problems via automation

  • Ensure data quality and data integrity of Superb's commercial systems

  • Research markets and competitors to build GTM strategies to support future growth

  • Build reporting that will be used to make commercial decisions and track the progress of our commercial departments


What you will need:

  • You are currently enrolled in a Master's degree in a Business related field

  • You have a keen interest in working with data and how to present it in a concise and easily digestible manner

  • You enjoy creating structure and solving problems through automation, where possible

  • You are comfortable articulating findings to stakeholders from other departments

  • You are process-driven and eager to learn

  • Having worked with CRM, customer success, marketing automation or BI solutions is a benefit
