Within the next 12 months, we will welcome more than 30 new colleagues for our six offices globally. We are therefore on the lookout for an ambitious and proactive People & Culture Specialist who loves the thought of supporting both existing and new employees in a rapidly growing SaaS scale-up company

 

As a P&C Specialist, we offer you the opportunity to gain knowledge and experience in the daily activities and projects that our growing People & Culture team is working on, allowing you to work with the full HR cycle from A-Z.

You will have an important role in the daily HR operations and will be involved in ongoing and new projects, recruitments, processes, implementations and administrative support. You will be reporting to the People & Culture Director.

This role can be done in either a full-time position, or at least with 20 hours per week in a part-time role.

 

The role

Your responsibilities can be split up into different areas, such as Talent Acquisition, HR Employee lifecycle (Pre-, On- and offboarding), Talent Management, Employer branding and Ad hoc tasks.

You are a fast learner that rapidly gets acquainted with new tasks as well as working methods and you have a proactive approach to task solving. You take responsibility for your own tasks and work independently in a structured way. Being the curious person that you are, you are ready to think outside the box and contribute with fresh ideas.

You’ll be successful in this role if you bring a proactive mindset to the team, as well as always having a positive focus on what you can do to make sure our employees are happy, and that our candidates are treated in a kind and friendly manner.

In return we will provide you with a lot of freedom and responsibility once you’ve settled in. And since both Relesys and the P&C department is growing, we will in collaboration find out what direction your role and career may take you over time, to either become more specialized or more generalized.


What you’ll be helping out with and supporting

  • Supporting or owning the full a-z recruitment cycle for a variety of recruitments across our offices in Denmark, Sweden, Netherlands, Belarus and more to come

  • Participating in or owning Pre-, on- and off-boarding processes for new employees and ensure that the employee experience is your highest priority

  • Create, update, and coordinate internal communications to support HR initiatives

  • Maintaining and updating employee files to ensure compliance

  • Researching and learning about Danish, Swedish, Dutch and British labour law and best practices in collaboration with the Legal department

  • Answering internal employee inquiries

  • Keeping HR Policies, HRIS & ATS and procedures updated

  • Work with Employer Branding efforts as part of the broader People & Culture strategy in collaboration with the Marketing team (coordinating events, videos, social ...)

  • Ad hoc tasks, depending on what interests you the most

Who are you: 


We believe this role is suited for someone who has an ambition of pursuing a career in "People & Culture". Furthermore, we expect you to have a “people-first” mindset, always thinking about what you can do that benefits our employees.

It would be great if you've worked in a similar role before, whether that be in a student or full time role, as long as you've been a bit around and understands some key elements of HR.

But, at the end of the day It’s your proactivity, personality and willingness to learn and try out new things that matters the most. One thing to remember when working in Relesys is: “Honesty is key”.

  • You keep your promises and deliver on agreed deadlines, and communicate it clearly if you can see a deadline is not realistic (once again, honesty and clear communication is key)

We are looking for a candidate to start around 1st of December, or as soon as possible hereafter.
