Airmee is one of Europe’s fastest growing logistics startups transforming last-mile deliveries in urban areas. We help online retailers by leveraging machine learning and powerful proprietary research-based technology to provide fast and environmentally sustainable e-commerce deliveries in urban areas same day or as fast as within the hour.
We're currently looking for a Head of Sales for Norway that has the drive and ambition to help us continue our expansion plans as we grow the Norwegian part of our business.

As the Head of Sales, you are no stranger to operating in fast-moving environments. You enjoy the mix of working both strategically and operationally and you are entrepreneurial at heart. You are a people person who thrives in a social environment with a helpful and professional approach. You’re a sharp and effective problem solver, a goal getter and a great team player.
You will help online retailers understand the benefits of Airmee’s product and services and form partnerships with them. You’ll work closely with multiple teams across Airmee, to ensure we hit our ambitious growth targets in Norway. This will mean hands-on work with developing new business but also building and managing a sales team.
We’re building the next great logistics platform, and we need world-class talent to achieve our vision.
What will you be doing?
Contacting and establishing relationships with online retailers
Ensure that we master the whole sales process from prospecting, cold calling, closing deals, account management and networking.
Providing a delightful customer experience, regardless of deal outcome
Building informal rapport with contacts to encourage long term relationships
Forecast and set goals according to organisational targets
Be accountable for driving, measuring, and reporting on key inputs and outputs in our CRM
Responsible for reporting that feeds into Weekly, Monthly and Quarterly Business reviews which you will present at from time to time
Building, managing and and motivating a sales team to delivering high growth
What skills and experience do you need?
5+ years of experience in B2B sales in a fast-growing startup/company
Proven track record in exceeding sales targets
You are smart and you get stuff done quickly and accurately.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Thrive on change and comfortable with ambiguity and fast-paced environments.
Can push us and be pushed as well without being offended. We love to be proven wrong, and you should too. It’s the only way to grow.
Fluency in Norwegian and English both verbal and written is required.
Another Nordic language is a plus.
Experience in e-commerce is a plus
