We want to give a person with business and operation savvy a chance to learn how to scale an e-commerce business from €4M to €50M/year.

We've built volant from 0 to a €4M per year essential oil DTC brand in 1.5 years. We're two Norwegian entrepreneurs who have previously worked within consulting and done a SaaS startup.

That's what we're good at. Building from nothing to something.

Now we're looking to teach a person everything we know about operating and scaling volant and onboard that person as a CEO in the next 6 months.

From there on we want you to take it to the next level.

In the first six months, you'll spend 70% of your time riding shotgun, learning from how we operate the business. 30% of the time you'll be driving and getting real responsibility in delivering results for the company.

This equals 10X learning speed.

If we succeed together you'll be given the reins to run the company within 6 months and we'll be touching base only on monthly strategy sessions.
