We are looking for a warm-hearted, genuine, and motivated team member to help lift Ambitious.Africa in Denmark. Are you ready to accept the challenge and build a strong community of engaged young people ready to change the world? 

You will shape a better future together with other talented team members in Denmark, the Nordics and the African continent.

This is a very important role since the organisation is all about people and empowering them to reach their goals. Ideally, you are a go-getter with a flair for team management, and enjoy helping your peers reach their full potential. Furthermore, one of the key parts of this position is to ensure that the fun element is always present in the operations.

Looking for someone:

• Working hours: 10-15 hours/week

• Ability to commit to 3-6 Months with possibility of extension

• Unpaid

• A bachelor or masters student/ graduate

What are your responsibilities:

• Recruiting new people for the team and projects

• Onboarding the new people to the team

• Building the community and keeping everyone up-to-date

• Activating the community and creating community events

• Coordinating with the Head of global HR & Community

• Leading team meetings and keeping up with other administrative duties

Qualifications:

• Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with colleagues

• Excellent communication and listening skills

• Creative and flexible

• Strong organizational and time management skills

You don't need to have an academic training or experience in Human Resources. But if you are the person people come to, when they need to talk heart-to-heart. Or if you are the person that usually takes care of the good atmosphere in the room - you would make a great community manager with us at Ambitious.Africa Denmark!
