Are you a native-level English speaker? Do you have a passion for creative writing? Are you perhaps a student or a recent graduate in Business, Marketing, English, Journalism or some other relevant field? If so, you have come to the right place! 

We are looking for a Copywriting Intern to join us at The F Company for a 4 month paid internship, with an opportunity to continue as a full-time copywriter after the internship. During this time you will get to learn about our clients’ business, and write persuasive ads and engaging content for their audience.

Previous work experience in similar roles is not required, but any kind of background in creative writing is seen as an advantage, be it from work, hobbies or student organization activities. What matters is your enthusiasm for writing!

In this internship, you will 💛 

• Support our project teams in copywriting and content creation

• Write, edit and proofread for example digital ads, blogs, articles, social media posts, white papers and websites

• Learn to fluently switch between styles and tone-of-voice for each client, industry or task at hand

• Develop your skills in writing engaging content that grabs the attention of clients’ target audiences and conveys the desired core message

• Create a learning plan for yourself together with the Copywriting Specialist who will support your professional development and growth

• Strengthen your knowledge and skills in digital marketing

• Has native-level English skills – Finnish is not required for this role

• Has the courage to express fresh ideas, especially in written form

• Is responsive to receiving feedback and isn’t afraid to give feedback in return: let’s help each other do our jobs better!

• Has good organizational skills – working in a marketing agency can sometimes be quite hectic, and you need to manage your own work and prioritize your tasks 

• Is resilient in challenging or unexpected situations

• Has an interest in digital marketing – previous experience is not required but will be considered an advantage

• Can demonstrate accuracy in terms of grammar and written expression

1. Screening process: Send us your CV together with a short application letter as soon as possible. You can also include samples of your written work. The samples can be from work, hobbies, student association magazines, blogs, social media, etc.  

2. Writing assignment: We will ask the most promising candidates to complete a small writing assignment. This is a chance for you to showcase your skills in practice.

3. Interview: We’ll invite the top candidates to a virtual interview, where you’ll meet your managers and teammates.

4. Decision: We’ll be in touch with you regarding our decision as soon as possible.
