Work Description
We’re looking for a high energy, innovative thinking and an entrepreneurial tempoed person that can assist our current marketing team as a Deputy Growth Marketer for 6 months as our colleague is on leave. For the right fit, there is great possibility to transfer into a permanent position.
As a Growth Marketer at yta.se you will report to our Head of Marketing and work closely with both marketing, sales and product. You will assist in generating new business opportunities through content- and organic lead generation, as well as driving various organic outbound campaigns. You will also focus on building our organic marketing channels to its best in order for us to be as efficient and profitable as possible.
Core tasks:
Increased visibility for relevant keywords in google- and other search engines
Create content and landing pages that ranks and converts
Distribute and acquire backlinks to the content we create
Distribute our content to relevant press and media
Being responsible for media- and content plan creation and execution
Provide high quality organic leads to yta.se advisory team
Identify and bridge gaps in our current content and user journey
Develop our user journey through data-driven insights
Actively developing the way we work with our CRM to reach its highest potential
Room for creativity and other tasks:
Identify new keywords to target
On page optimization
CRM optimization
Improve outbound sales through
Email content and value proposition copy
Improve email campaign strategy (send out times, subject lines etc)
Continuously improve the processes, analysis and tactics used by our Sales Team
Your Background
0-2 years experience in B2B marketing with focus on digital and organic strategies
A proven track record in content marketing, SEO and/or growth hacking
Proven experience in generating high quality content that’s being shared, ranks and converts
Excellent communication, writing and presentation skills both in Swedish and English
Analytical mindset and a data-driven approach
Used to Google Analytics and Google Search Console
Creative, dynamic and comfortable working in a high-paced environment
Hands on experience in Content Management Systems like Wordpress and/or Forestry
Used to creating strategies from scratch as well as following them through
