We are now looking for a talented CFO to join our team of high-performing professionals to help keep our finances insightful to our continued success. As a CFO you will advise on best practices within Finance, Accounting, Operations & Investment strategies. You will oversee all financial aspects of our business together and drive Braive's financial strategy and planning forward. Do you consider yourself tech-savvy with a penchant for Excel and a strong background in finance combined with an interest in the mental healthcare and digital health space? We expect you to be a proactive business partner always looking into new ideas and strategies in order for us to move forward. You will lead budget work, forecasts and produce annual business plans. You will ensure the procedures and routines are in place, and continue developing these further. The role also requires taking responsibility for internal organisational structure and some HR responsibilities.
Your Objectives
Drive the company's financial planning
Prepare great reports for forecasting and the current state
Strengthen our finance team (long term)
Create and deploy company-wide processes focused on improving the company's overall market position & enhancing their financial strategy
Implement strategies and systems to improve financial performance
Serve as a key point of contact for financial stakeholders and auditors
Coordinate major company initiatives
Understand and communicate internally relevant market trends.
Take an active role in shaping company culture.
Your Profile
You have 5+ years of professional working experience within finance, preferably within business control.
You have demonstrated the ability to excel in a fast-paced, agile environment under a lot of ambiguity.
You have a growth mindset, actively seeking feedback to improve your own and your team's performance.
You’re not afraid to get into the nitty-gritty details combined with higher-level perspectives
Experience and/or knowledge of Norwegian and/or Swedish accounting standards.
Experience and/or knowledge of the healthcare industry is a plus.
Excellent communication in English, both spoken and written, and preferably also Swedish or Norwegian.
