We are a team of 10 people located in the US, Europe, and South America

Our clients are mainly mid-sized B2B companies. Typically, industrial and manufacturing companies with technical products. 

PinkSquare is a content production and web development company. We use 3D animation to drive leads to the website and after converting them to paying customers we subsequently manage to convert a part of them to web development customers as well. 

In many cases the 3D animation customers have one specific project they need help with and although we generally develop a great relationship, the relationship too often ends with the delivery of that project.

We’re now looking at ways of extending these relationships and increase the LTV. The idea is to do this by adding content and growth marketing services to our our offering, as these can be natural extensions and additions to our existing services.  We are therefore looking for someone to build out this new business area. 

You

• Have minimum 5 years’ experience with content / growth marketing

• You’ve been a freelancer for a while and are now itching to build something. As opposed to “just” selling hours

• Or work in a business development or account executive type role in marketing agency and are looking for entrepreneurial opportunities where you can help shape developments and own equity in the company 

• Can both create and be part of implementing a strategy -    Creating presentations to communicate your ideas and presenting them to clients have been part of your job and comes naturally to you

• Love talking to clients, have a strategic mindset and easily get an understanding of a client’s situation and their challenges

• Are comfortable working independently and are happy to work remotely for now (we might setup an office “around you” with time).

• Are looking for Co-founder / partner type opportunities because financial upside and owning a stake in the company’s success is more important to you than a high fixed salary here and now
