We are looking for a part-time employee, who will be working closely with our cross-country support team, as well as with our development and product owner teams, to ensure that our support is professional and timely. In addition to day to day support communications, to assist in automating and optimising our internal processes.
Responsibilities:
Ensure support is executed and running smoothly towards all our Non Nordic event organisers and ticket buyers
Resolve incoming support issues
On-board new event organisers
Optimise the Billetto Platform through automated processes
Collaborate with the customer relationship team regarding bugs, issues and improvement projects
The required skill set:
Fluent level in English
Excellent in spoken and written skills.
Excellent communication, interpersonal and customer care skills.
Have a high level of attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
Be confident,knowledge and polite when dealing with people, both verbal and in writing.
Ability to write and read code, specifically around automating tasks
It’s a plus if you:
Have previous experience from a Customer Support position and knowledge of Customer Relations software
Have good language skills in other European languages (eg. italian, spanish, dutch, french etc)
Have an enthusiastic approach to Customer Support and its wide variety of tasks.
Critical problem solver and think out the box
Are ambitious and a quick learner.
Like taking initiative and being highly self-motivated.
Are proactive in nature.
Show an ability to work autonomously and be able to take responsibility beyond the scope of the role.
