We have a new job opening in Helsinki: we’re hiring a Partnership Specialist to take our Swedish operations to the next level! 🇸🇪

This is a versatile junior or entry-level position with both sales and marketing related responsibilities.

Some previous work experience in sales or customer service is considered a plus but is not required. A strong drive, a hunger to learn, great communication skills and a curious mind are. The work itself you'll learn on the job (we all did!).

The job is perfect for a recent graduate or someone who's about to graduate from their higher education studies soon.

Excellent command of the Swedish language is a must, as all of your customers will be in Sweden.

Venuu = Connects event organisers with the best venues in their area, giving people a chance to get excited about their upcoming event. On an ambitious track to become the number one global marketplace for events.


Tasks and responsibilities:

  • You make sure Sweden's best event, party and meeting venues join our service. You contact them as well as negotiate the terms of our collaboration. It's your job to seal the deal! 🤝

  • You ensure that our newly acquired venues are added to the service in a timely manner, they attract the right clientele – and just simply look amazing! You take great pride in the quality of your work.

  • You establish close relationships with our most popular venue providers. You make sure that the collaboration is beneficial to both parties – we love (and believe in) win-win partnerships. 👨‍❤️‍👨

  • You create search engine optimised website content to make sure that event organisers looking for a venue in Sweden find our service.

  • You form new and further develop our existing marketing partnerships with Swedish online publishers.


Our ideal skillset:

  • Sales-oriented approach. You'll be negotiating lots of deals both via email and phone so persistence and persuasiveness help you succeed. 📞

  • Strong communication skills. This role is optimal for a people person. Quality communication throughout the day gets you far.

  • Good organisational skills. You'll be working on multiple different tasks simultaneously. You need to be able to plan and structure your own work. 📅

  • Language skills. Excellent command of Swedish (both written and spoken) and a good command of English are required. Danish is considered a plus. Finnish is not required.

  • Knowledge of the Swedish market is a plus. And the more you're familiar with Stockholm, the better. 70% of our Swedish business is in the capital.

  • Great team working skills. We're a bunch of ambitious individuals working closely together as a team. The better your team working skills are, the higher the chance that you'll fit right in since day 1.
