The role: 

We are looking for a Customer Support Specialist (CSS) to assist our customers with technical problems when using our products and services. 

Customer Support Specialist responsibilities include customer onboarding, resolving customer queries, recommending solutions, and guiding product users through features and functionalities. To be successful in this role, you should be an excellent communicator and understand our register and customer loyalty applications inside out.  

Ultimately, you will help establish our reputation as a company that offers excellent customer support during all sales and after-sales procedures. 

You are expected to have a thorough knowledge and deep understanding of the products and services offered by the company. We hope to find a person who has a cross-road understanding of human interactions, technology and sales processes.  

 

Requirements: 

  • Permit to work in Finland 

  • Fluent Finnish and English language skills 

  • Previous experience in Customer Support Specialist or similar CS role 

  • BSc in Information Technology or relevant diploma 

  • Proficient in MS Office 

  • Proficient in HubSpot 

  • Proficient in Android OS 

  • Proficient in Network technologies  

  • Proficient in Network and device security  

  • Willingness and know-how to work with and configure different Android devices and payment terminals 

  • Being a team player and respect the company’s values and corporate culture 

  • Ability to take full ownership of the projects and being proactive 

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills 

 

Responsibilities:  

  • Open and maintain customer account with all necessary account information, update the CRM system, building customer rapport  

  • You will need to understand the product to answer any questions, provide guidance, or troubleshoot any customer issues 

  • Identifying customer needs and helping customers use specific features based on their industry/business case 

  • Analysing and reporting product malfunctions, trying to solve the issues immediately 

  • Being responsible for customer success with our product and services, analysing the customer journey and listening to the customer feedback to improve customer experience  

  • To understand the business environment of the customer and provide solutions based on a demand
