ShareKayak is a fast growing, tech oriented water sports company from Europe. We are fitness freaks, rafters and fishermen, all passionate about making paddling possible for everyone. On top of paddling , we are pretty good at software development, marketplaces and digital marketing! 

We think that shared paddling is smart paddling. We want our users to experience the joy of paddling through our modern, digitalised and hassle-free paddling service. 

We are now looking for a Country Lead Operations Sweden. This includes launching and managing Sharekayak stations  in Stockholm, Göteborg, Uppsala and Malmö  and later in other cities. You will be based in Stockholm and work closely with our HQ in Stockholm. 

We are looking for you who can, will, and can’t wait to: 

Be the spokesperson for a paddling culture in Sweden

• Build and manage relationships to cities ,municipalities, the paddling  industry &  Sharekwayak franchinsees. 

• Build a local Sharekayak community together with our awesome marketing people

• Launch & manage ShareKayak self service station and later in other relevant cities 

• Recruit a great local team to help you out (2-3 people in the first season)

• At later stage manage and grow our franchise concept across the country

• Take part in related events 

What we think would make you successful in this position:

• Great understanding in digital marketing and unit metrics related to digital business and platforms 

• Knowledge & experience in Swedish paddling culture. 

• A self-directed attitude & target-oriented mindset 

• Passion for creating delightful customer experiences 

• Courage to try out things and take responsibility 

• Networks in paddling(-life or -industry, or both) are an asset but not a must

• Paddling skills
