Our goal is to have our platform driven by state-of-art cloud services, advanced Probabilistic programming, Artificial Intelligence and Machine learning and fuelled by the need for digitalization solutions for SMBs in the market.


Responsibilities:

  • Own the product marketing/growth marketing at Custimy.io - including driving the performance marketing varying from segmentation, campaign structure, omnichannel and running experiments (hacks) supported by the wider marketing function

  • Lead projects cross-functionally with Sales and customer Success to enable state-of-art Product Marketing addressing our key value-proposition.

  • Lead/own the growth hacking of Custimy.io in our international endeavors.

  • Actively support and where applicable automate cross-sell & upsell opportunities

  • Use a data-first approach to measure the effectiveness of growth strategies

  • Play an active role in supporting the development of the wider marketing function

REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven track record of product marketing in a B2B SaaS environment

  • Experience in combing performance marketing and product marketing

  • Growth hacking mentality

  • Strong analytical skills, with an understanding of the latest trends in marketing automation, campaigns, and customisation

  • Self-starter with a track record of independently leading new initiatives

  • Ability to work in a strong cross-functionality between Marketing, sales and CSM
