In UserTribe we are looking for a Human Resource Associate to join us on a fulltime basis. The core of the job is making sure all our HR processes run smoothly and professionally and that our employees feel safe in your hands and have a positive experience with your guidance.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with running HR processes, proactively keeping HR policies and procedures well-run and updated and also planning and executing social events. The latter is preferable, but not a must.  

 

What does the work consist of?

As our Human Resource Associate, you will be the human link between our two departments Finance & Experience.

You will have the vital role of ensuring accuracy and efficiency in our HR processes while giving our employees a great experience. To be successful in this position a responsive as well as a proactive service mindset is key. This, because it is both your responsibility that our HR processes are executed as designed, including all processes within the employee lifecycle (recruitment, onboarding, retainment, and offboarding). It is also your responsibility to proactively ensure that our policies are up to date, that we are compliant and to provide our employees with the necessary information related to their employment, so it is well explained and continually reviewed for possible improvements.

 

What are your areas of responsibility?

  • Running our HR processes in accordance with how they are designed. This includes informing and booking all relevant participants, gathering, and documenting all necessary information, and communicating the process to everyone involved.

  • Effective management of employee documentation throughout their entire employment. This includes, but is not limited to; contract management, leave management etc.

  • Proactively keeping our HR policies and procedures well-run and updated.

  • Engage with our Experience department by actively participating in the ongoing optimization of HR procedures to improve accuracy, efficiency, and effectiveness.

  • Coordination with our Finance department regarding contract management, job changes, salary changes etc.

  • Provide our employees with the necessary information related to their employment (vacation, pension, maternity/paternity leave etc.) to ensure accuracy in our HR operations while giving our employees a positive experience.

  • Take a proactive role in driving our community management, such as planning of Friday Bars, annual parties and events, celebratory rituals around anniversaries, promotions, maternity/paternity leave etc. 

 

What qualifications do I need?

  • You have experience from another HR operations role.

  • You are structured, organized and with a sharp attention to detail and procedures – we want to know that our employees have the same experience of being equally taken care of and that their needs of employment are safe in your hands.

  • You can thrive in a fast paced and everchanging environment with many tasks to do.  

  • You see solutions where other people see problems, and you have the capacity and work ethic to solve a variety of tasks. Both large and small ones.

  • Service is in your DNA – especially the proactive kind.
