There is a gap in security systems and we are developing Roofbarrier, the next generation security system that increase safety & reduce cost. This will make solar cell installations on residential homes more affordable. And it will also be of great benefit for other types of roof work.
The startup is now growing and we need competent people who can join the team and work with day to day tasks, and especially with marketing and sales.
Qualifications/who we are looking for? preferably experience and network in construction industry and/or solar industry.
Tasks/Job description: sales and business development, two main customer segments: booming solar panel industry and construction industry focusing on renovation of roofs.
Compensation: Combination of equity and an attractive bonus as a percentage of sales.
We have already developed Roofbarrier, and it is available for sale and rental. We have secured funding and received our third grant from Innovation Norway for further development of Roofbarrier. We have produced our first pilot products for our new attachment structure for Roofbarrier. This kind of attachment structure have been requested by numbers of companies working with refurbishment on rooftops.
Workload og 50-100% in a period of time (effort/share agreement).
Fluent speaking in Norwegian are mandatory.
