Who are we?
Griinbi is a marketplace that sells sustainable products to make it easy and accessible for everyone to shop sustainably. The concept is growing, and we have many who are interested in selling their sustainable products on our platform. For us to grow accordingly, we wish to find an extroverted person with skills in sales, business development and communication. It is important for us that it is a person with flair for talking to other people and understanding their needs and the ability to combine those needs with what we provide.
While that is primarily what we are looking for, we are also interested in a person, who is passionate about making a positive difference that will increase awareness about sustainability, change consumer habits and the world together. You will join an international and diverse team of six people, who all hope to make an impact and a small change for the environment.
Who are you?
We are looking for a person, who is a quick learner, independent and enterprising. You are interested in getting into a small start-up business where things are moving fast and where you can influence the decisions that needs to be made. You thrive in being thrown into new tasks and you are able to work independently and systematically.
We want all parties involved to benefit from working together, which is why are open for you to come up with some of your own tasks, if there are some specific skills you wish to develop.
It is an advantage if you have an interest in and flair for sales & business development. Your primary task will be prospecting, lead generation through research on different channels and being in continuous contact with these potential partners who deliver sustainable products. Additionally, your work will also consist of analyzing and doing the proper research of each company to ensure they comply with our parametres of sustainability.
To do this, you need to understand our values and be able to communicate them well through text and verbally, so it is important you understand what we do and our business model. We don't specifically require any experience with sales and business development, but we expect that you are eager to learn and potentially have a background in either sales or business studies.
Furthermore, though it is not a requirement, it is a great advantage if you are able to speak and write some Danish.
What are the details?
We prefer a full-time intern for the position, which we expect to last at least 2 months starting in as soon as possible or mid/end of October . You will be able to control your hours yourself so that you can work whenever it suits you. You can work in our office in Lyngby, our other office in Frederiksberg and also online. Sometimes you might have to go out to meetings as well. We only require to meet physically 1-2 times per week as a minimum.
Note that this is an unpaid position.
