The retail department is new to Organic Basics. We want to give our community a store experience that not only translates our online store to offline experiences, but also connects people and showcases our vision and values to a wider audience. To support us in our mission, we are looking for a Store Experience Manager.


You will be:

  • Managing retail operations, visual merchandise, inventory, returns and exchanges, and the facilities of the store

  • Creating and executing in-store events in order to build community and foster engagement

  • Providing world-class in-store customer support

  • Helping customers find their size through personal fitting sessions

  • Creating and reporting on sales and support targets

  • Planning working schedules for in-store staff

  • Engaging as a brand ambassador for Organic Basics, helping to share our passion for our planet face-to-face


You have:

  • Previous retail and people operations experience i.e. managing a retail store

  • Visual merchandising and retail space management experience

  • Experience creating and executing engaging in-store events for customers and community

  • Strategic retail operations experience, including the setting and analysis of sales and customer service targets, and management of working schedules

  • Demonstrated a reliable, fast-learning, people smart, and friendly approach to handling retail operations

  • A high energy level and you enjoy working in a high paced environment

  • A dedicated work ethic and are always willing to go the extra mile

  • Tech-savvy problem solving skills with experience working within online systems

  • Fluency in Danish and English

  • An interest in fashion and design with a keen eye for aesthetics
