What will I be doing?

As a Learning Consultant, you support learning and development initiatives for hospitality business, such as coordinating online courses and webinars. And:

• get in touch with new and existing educators

• plan upcoming courses and do quality check

• coordinate the recording of the courses with the team members

• interact with hotel leaders responsible for people development

• prepare annual course plans and training calendars.

  
  

What are we looking for?

• Thorough knowledge of modern learning and development tools and techniques.

• Exceptional communication and presentation skills.

• Excellent people management skills.

• Strong ability to develop interpersonal relationships.

• Committed to delivering a high level of customer service, both internally and externally.

• Ability to work on their own or in teams.

• Proficiency with computers and computer programs, including Microsoft Word, PowerPoint

The job
