We are HEMBOO: an early stage startup with the vision of making low emissions, and renewable materials the norm in construction. We do so by developing a sustainable option to substitute concrete wall elements in buildings, as concrete is responsible for 7% of global CO2.
Currently, we are a team of two engineers who are looking for someone to communicate all the cool stuff, we do and create a community around it. This is your chance to build a brand/community from the bottom up and develop your skills. While doing this, you get to experience startup life firsthand in a young energetic company busy developing its first prototype. There is a lot of room for experimentation and personal responsibility.
The job role will require your creativity in designing and implementing posters and banners to be promoted on various social media platforms. Develop visually engaging graphics along with visual and audio concepts for the purpose of product illustrations and logos. We are very flexible and your main responsibilities can vary depending on experience and interest. Beneath are some of the areas where you could really make a difference.
Upcoming tasks:
SoMe strategy and management
Content creation for Instagram, LinkedIn, and Facebook
Graphic material - photos, illustrations, etc. for different purposes
Media pitches to get stories in relevant publications
Newsletter
Copywriting (strong communication and writing skills)
SoMe key analytics interpretation
Update webpage with the newest content
Development and optimization of content and various creative projects
Researcher at various ad hoc. Tasks
Other communication and marketing skills (filming and editing, SEO)

Who you are:
Someone who are passionate about sustainability
Someone with experience in one or more of the above potential responsibilities and a willingness to improve
Someone who is great at taking initiative and can work autonomously
Someone with great writing and communication skills
Someone fluent in English (and Danish for bonus points)
The practicalities:
Working hours: 12-20 hours/week
Intern period: 2-6 months
Intern Type: Unpaid
