The position
Your mission will be to develop stronger relationships with customers through engaging marketing campaigns. You will be driving Linkfire’s product adoption and customer advocacy initiatives, identifying cross-sell and upsell opportunities, and increasing loyalty and retention through educational content. You will have the opportunity to work cross functionally with our Product, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to ensure a seamless experience for our customers.
This is a 360° role. You’ll be involved in creating the content, gathering feedback and improving our product education infrastructure on an ongoing basis. This role directly impacts customer satisfaction, adoption, retention and the overall success of Linkfire Platform.
What will you be doing
Strategic responsibilities:
Connecting with customers to ensure continued education and success throughout the relationship lifecycle
Build rapport with customers to increase renewals, referrals, and cross-sell and upsell opportunities
Lead and manage customer engagement and communication programs, such as onboarding and ongoing nurture campaigns, in-person/virtual events and webinars
Identify key customers that can act as a marketing channel through case studies, speaking opportunities, etc.
Support Marketing and Customer Success meet business objectives through customer advocacy initiatives
Tactical responsibilities:
Customer journey automation. Through automated flows triggered by data from multiple systems, you will prompt users to take action when their health score flutters, and you will never miss the opportunity to celebrate important adoption milestones
Project manage the creation of creatives and content for all customer campaigns, including onboarding, new product launches, product updates or new partnerships
Manage and maintain engagement and advocacy programs; continually recruit new customer advocates. Manage a library of up-to-date customer success stories
Create special marketing content for account management/customer success to help at-risk customers with training
Build, integrate, and manage the customer-facing knowledge base
Target happy customers for upsell, cross-sell, and advocacy opportunities
Become a Linkfire super-user who stays up to date with most product developments and the needs of our customers

About you
Strong passion for serving and understanding customers. You have a deep understanding of customer lifecycle programs and value maps.
A firm grasp of marketing automation tools and data flows.
+ 3 years experience with running B2B marketing campaigns (emails, newsletters, bots, product tours etc)
Analytical skills to determine marketing effectiveness and ROI of customer engagement efforts
You stay up to date on the industry, platforms and changes as they roll out
The ability to synthesize complex ideas into actionable recommendations for leadership teams
Attention to detail and the ability to effectively multi-task in a deadline driven environment.
