We're looking for a Marketing professional to build the foundation for scaling the marketing engine to deliver high-quality leads, preferably with hands-on experience of previously scaling marketing/inbound user acquisition strategies.


Your responsibilities

You will be working closely with Sales and the leadership team. Your focus will be on inbound user acquisition, performance marketing, and funnel optimisation.

  • Create scalable demand generation and paid acquisition across key channels. This includes strategy, planning, implementation, optimisation, budget management and performance reviews to generate high-quality leads

  • Run lead flow automation and integrations with our CRM (Hubspot)

  • Scale and improve performance of existing channels, as well as identify and test new channels

  • Run regular experiments across channels, perform A/B tests to increase conversion rate and minimise CPL over time

  • Be data-driven, explore what works and what doesn't, and identify opportunities for future marketing campaigns

  • Support the company's sales team


Your primary tasks

  • Prepare advertisements, direct emails, e-banners, and other marketing material both independently and in collaboration with external partners.

  • Prepare relevant content for digital marketing activities, blogs etc.

  • Maintenance of email permission database and customer communication such as newsletters and other notifications

  • Development and optimization of social media presence

  • Ongoing statistical follow-up on online performance (Google Analytics)

  • SEO / SEM optimization in collaboration with an external agency

  • Update and maintain the website independently or in collaboration with an external agency

  • Maintain contact with various marketing partners and freelancers


Your qualifications and experience

  • 3+ years in B2B SaaS Marketing

  • Strong English OR Danish skills (Native/advanced level is a MUST)

  • Strong experience with CRM tools, ideally HubSpot

  • Strong experience creating campaigns. Campaign measurement and optimization to generate better results

  • Basic design skills to create simple landing pages, ad creatives etc.

  • Testing content to different target audiences, and optimizing delivery

  • Knowledge of analytical tools, including Google Analytics


Bonus

  • Experience with WordPress

  • Copywriting skills with experience in writing social posts, SEO articles and other marketing copy


You will be working out of our office in central Copenhagen (Købmagergade) and report to the CEO.
