Role

We are looking for a skilled product designer to join our ambitious team in Espoo, Finland. The role is a mixture of product design and product management with a focus on mind-boggling UX.

Workfellow is not the typical enterprise software, instead, we’re building a product with the consumerized look and feel that people love to use (⌐■_■). The Product designer would be working closely with our CPO and CTO to build the user experience and interface of our products. We are a VC-backed startup in the seed/series A stage, so we have a greenfield opportunity to generate something new.

Skills

• Understanding the visible and the invisible needs of users

• Design products that users love to use (MLP)

• Building the UX: workflows, interaction, visuals

• Wireframing/prototyping/mockups

• Creating style guides and patterns

• Conceptualizing product definitions and naming conventions

• Building requirements documentation with our engineering teams

• Whatever it takes to win our customer hearts, user research, and analysis

• EU work permit

• Analytics/collaboration product design and startup experience
