We’re looking for an experienced Tech Lead to play a key role in our continued growth journey.

You’ll be working in a team of engineers while capable of mentoring and pushing for architectural excellence. In this job, you will be performing the following tasks:

• You will be setting the technical direction for the development team and contribute to coding.

• You will be carrying out code reviews and implement best practices for the teams within coding guidelines and CI/CD processes.

• Take part in on-boarding of new software engineers to the team.

• You will be absorbing, processing, and managing the system at whole.

• Design architecture and services for our customers.

• Take ownership of technical topics and areas and ensure end-to-end technical delivery

• You will be building reliable and scalable systems and services with an eye for sustainability and meeting long-term visions.

• Partnering and collaborating closely with the Product department for deliverables.

• Give regular and clear feedback around the individual's performance.

• You will encourage technical decision making on the team but make final decisions when deemed necessary.

• Oversee the continuous Improvement of product quality, security, and architecture.

Requirements

• Senior-level engineering background

• Preferably MSc in computer science or equivalent

• Experience working as a software architect

• Experience with PHP, Laravel, MySQL, knowledge in React is a plus.

• We are interested in someone who can create solutions and think outside of the box.
