The Customer Advisor team

We are now looking for 4 new talented people that will constitute our newly formed Customer Advisor team.
The Customer Advisor team will take care of our customers with commitment and positivity when they contact Ponture. Give them advice, guide them through our loan process in a way that builds trust and the assurance that we are there to help them make their business thrive. In close collaboration with experienced colleagues in other departments, you as a Customer Advisor will be responsible for handling loan applications from existing and new customers. Risk and credit assessment will be taught to you by your colleagues and we will help you develop into the role.
Even if we have set processes and routines an essential part of your job will be to constantly work with improvements, together with your colleagues, in order to scale-up our business.
Since we are setting up new ways of working, it’s impossible to list everything you will do. But in short these are your main tasks as Customer Adviser:
Communicate with customers by phone, chat and email
Assist new and existing customers with their inquiries and questions
Explain and guide customers through the loan application process in a pedagogic way
Underwrite and provide business loans to small sized businesses
Communicate and follow-up internally with other departments

Fluent in English and Swedish, written and spoken – essential
Have worked in a customer facing role, at least 3 years
Passionate about providing excellent service
Can in an effortless way adapt your communication to meet customers at eye-level
Flexible and open minded with a great curiosity to always learn more
Organized, structured and able to multitask effortlessly
It’s a clear bonus if you:
· Are fluent in additional languages
· Have knowledge of Salesforce
· Have experience from an early-stage start-up
· Have a clear interest in the financial industry
Interested? This is a full-time, permanent position based in central Stockholm. We are reviewing applications on a rolling basis. Planned starting date is January 2022
