Social Media & Ads Manager for Global Tech Startup in Robotics

Salary Competitive

Do you enjoy attracting an audience on LinkedIn and Facebook – constantly connecting, posting, testing and evaluating what works?

Are you the key person to increase our LinkedIn followers from 1.000 to 100.000?

Then we might have a job for you.

HowToRobot.com is a fast-growing tech startup and the first global marketplace for industrial robots.

We are on a mission to making robots more accessible for businesses worldwide by connecting buyers and suppliers on our digital platform  – now heavily expanding in the UK and US.

We’re hiring a Social Media & Ads Manager to increase our brand awareness on social media and boost our social selling. From Europe to North America and Asia.

What you will be doing

Your main responsibility will be to increase our followership on social media (mainly LinkedIn - and also Facebook) and make sure our social media engagement contributes to traffic and conversions on our website.

Additionally, you will be managing our paid media campaigns on LinkedIn, Facebook and Google.

You will have a range of content sources to pick from – and will need to tailor it for social media, pinning down the right messages, etc. Also, in collaboration with our team, you will orchestrate viral campaigns driving signups to our business.

You’ll work closely with a team of international social media managers, localizing our content for non-English markets. Our target audience is mainly within B2B (robotics, automation and manufacturing industries).

What we expect from you

  • A solid background in social media management, preferably B2B, with proven results

  • Hands-on experience with using LinkedIn to grow a community (organically), knowing how to make messages spread outside of existing connections and followers.

  • A native level spoken and written English

  • Ability to set up and execute paid campaigns on Facebook, LinkedIn and Google (Display & Search Ads) from day 1.

  • A willingness to understand our audience and come up with messages that resonate with them

You’ll be joining a team of dedicated people with a background in IT, robotics, procurement, sales, marketing, project management and journalism. We have an informal atmosphere, where focus is on the work to be done and on helping each other succeed, as well as contributing to a positive and social work environment.

Our main language is English as we have many nationalities on our team. Our offices reside in central Copenhagen and Central Odense, which gives the possibility to work from both cities.
