ParkShare is a fast-growing startup in need of a Human Resource Management Intern who can help us build and develop our HR processes and become part of our journey. ParkShare is a sharing economy platform for parking spots, where private people as well as companies, can rent out their parking spots when they don’t need it and thereby earn an extra income. At the same time, the parking spots become more easily accessible for drivers, who need parking. To ensure everything runs smoothly, we need a qualified and dedicated team and the HR intern is therefore essential in ParkShare to make sure we create the best possible team and keep them motivated and happy.

Tasks and responsibilities:

• Help build and improve the many different HR processes as well as make sure it all runs smoothly.

• Improve job engagement and motivation in Team ParkShare to make the team spirit and dynamic even better.

• Lead the recruitment process. This includes creating and updating internal job descriptions and external job posts, screening applicants, inviting for interviews, participating in interviews, as well as leading and improving the onboarding process of new interns.

• Work on improvement of ParkShare’s employer branding strategy

• Hold 1-2-1 meetings in collaboration with our management team.

• Assist the CEO in her daily work, especially different administrative ad hoc tasks and planning social events, as well as provide regular feedback on daily leadership.

Qualifications and skills:

• A general knowledge about HRM and HR processes.

• Good planning skills and being able to keep deadlines even in hectic situations. This is important since you will often be responsible for the social events and there will be periods with many tasks and deadlines.

• Independent and good social skills. There will be a lot of communication with all the other departments, but most tasks are done individually so it’s important that you thrive in these conditions.

• Fluency in both written and spoken English. Fluency in Danish is not needed but would be a plus.

• Studying Strategy, Organisation and Leadership or Human Resource Management or something similar with a focus on HR in organisations.

• Living in Denmark as the office is in Aarhus and the internship will take place here.

We are located in The Kitchen in Aarhus, which is the city’s biggest community for entrepreneurs, so we work alongside many other amazing startups. Working hours are generally from 8-16 o’clock, but we are flexible in terms of hours per week and will adjust it to your study program’s schedule. This also means that if you already have a student job, we will work with you to find a schedule that fits it all.
