Articulate and drive a UX/design vision for Rokoko Studio through understanding, communicating, and refining the key points that direct or constrain the product experience.
Partner with the PM for Rokoko Studio and the rest of the team to create and revise our discovery and delivery plans with appropriate research and design steps.
Review and challenge / validate existing design.
Be a champion of quality at all levels of the software design process.
Contribute to hiring and growing the team.
