TwentyThree is a pioneer in the video marketing software and webinar space with a large portfolio of customers, from the hottest startups to some of the largest enterprises in the world.

We are now looking to add a leader to take our current small partner team to new heights. As Head of Partners, you will take an active leadership role in building our partner program and managing a team of high-skilled partner managers. You will run your own portfolio of partners, as well as leading the team. You will report to our CCO.


Some of the tasks will include:

  • Operationalize our partner program, identify and build upon best practices

  • Help scale our partner program globally

  • Drive leads and revenue through the partners

  • Manage your own portfolio of partners globally

  • Create scalable frameworks, processes, and procedures for acquisition, retention, and results from partners

  • Represent partners in the commercial team

  • Collaboration across the commercial teams and product. Drive feedback loops, partner collaborations, and value to and from partners

  • Coach, develop, lead and scale our partner team


Requirements

  • Strong experience working with or at digital agencies

  • Strong experience from partner programs in the SaaS industry – either from a SaaS company or agency side

  • Prior leadership experience

  • Strong digital marketing expertise

  • Track-record of creating results and scaling

  • A team-player, empathetic, passionate, coach, and results-driven

  • Fluency in English
