We are looking for a talented and ambitious student assistant to lead our Instagram efforts to build greater awareness of our brand of endurance and outdoor gear.

DANISH ENDURANCE is a global endurance & outdoor brand within e-commerce. We are a young high-growth company, with a flat structure and a friendly, dynamic working environment. We are a truly international team consisting of 35 professionals with 17 different nationalities.

We focus on Danish design and sustainable manufacturing in Europe and Asia. We develop all our products in close cooperation with Olympic athletes and extreme outdoor adventurers. What can you expect from the job?

The job as Student Assistant in SoMe & Influencer marketing will allow you to represent our brand on our Instagram and Facebook channels. The day-to-day operations include creating and planning our IG content, connecting insights from SoMe to our website activities, and analyzing the performance of the two channels to constantly improve our strategy. Also, you would be responsible for fostering the relationships with our brand ambassadors, answering DMs, and building a solid influencer marketing strategy.

It is very important that you have an independent, structured, and conscientious work attitude. You are willing to learn and know how to work in a result-oriented way. You are an excellent communicator, are customer-oriented, and know how to engage with different stakeholders. You are creative and proactive in implementing your ideas, and you know how to evaluate the performance of the content you create. We expect you to be good at multi-tasking and to be both customer and design-oriented.

Qualifications:

• You must be a student. Ideally, you are studying Marketing, Branding or Communications

• You have excellent English skills with strong written and verbal communication

• Fluency in Danish (verbal and written) is a plus

• Proven experience with managing and creating content for a company’s SoMe (Instagram & Facebook)

• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)

• Previous experience with SoMe management tools, influencer marketing platforms, Paid Facebook Ads are a plus

• Passion for sports is a bonus

Additional facts:

Weekly working hours: Part-time (15 hours at the office) and daily SoMe monitoring

Location: Copenhagen Holmen, at Talent Garden Rainmaking (great office atmosphere)
