Are you experienced with everything related to Scrum and agile development? Are you passionate about making a difference for your team, and help them perform optimally in an organisation that supports you in your work? Would you like to run Scrum the right way, and not a half-baked Scrum-but solution? Then it might be you we’re looking for!

You will be Scrum Master for our newly established team in our Copenhagen office, where we’ve gathered a group of experienced developers. Along with our teams in Odense you will help deliver the new version of our most popular product, that delivers solutions to restaurants in Scandinavia.

Being a Scrum Master In Quickorder

As the experienced Scrum Master, you will coach and guide the team and organisation to use Scrum and agile methods, so we can deliver the highest quality to our customers. We have a wide spectrum of developer profiles who will need personal attention to perform optimally individually, and the whole team needs a common ground to work from, so they can perform well and cooperate optimally with our other teams. You will work closely with our two other Scrum Masters in Odense to deliver a unified Scrum experience and quality across our offices, and you will report directly to the CTO. You will also have your own budget for software and social activities on the team.

What your day will look like

Challenge and coach your team in Scrum and agile development principles
Facilitate Scrum events and feedback loops to ensure proper team development
Work towards a self-organizing and self-managing team
Coach the Product Owner in developing the optimal Product Backlog
Serve the team to prevent disturbances and delays
Cooperate with the other Scrum Masters to develop and maintain our agile standards

About you

You have several years of experience as a Scrum Master, and maybe you have one or multiple relevant agile certifications. Your formal education isn’t that important, but you have a background within IT and maybe restaurant experience - but most importantly you’re capable of getting the most out of people and make them work together. You can target your communication and management style to the individual team members. If you have experience working with scaled agile it could be an advantage.
