Are you our new Web Designer Intern? 

Are you looking for an opportunity to develop your personal and professional skills while being a part of a meaningful mission? Would you like to contribute with your everyday work in order to improve the quality of hiring processes as well as education by removing conscious and unconscious bias - putting upfront the talent that all people have?

Initially, we do not need your resume and you do not need to spend time writing a motivating application. We ask you to anonymously solve a relevant case, i.e., a professional assignment that allows you to show your abilities, regardless of your background - we believe that everyone has talent and would like to give everyone the opportunity to show it! We expect that the case will take 30-60 minutes to resolve, which is roughly equivalent to the time it takes to write a tailor-made motivated application. A case, by the way, which will give you a real insight into the tasks that come with joining our team.

Let’s move on to your role. As a Web Designer Intern, we expect that you enjoy building and creating all types of content for websites. The recommended skills and competencies for you to make the most out of this experience are: 

• A good grasp of visual design principles

• Knowledge about current and emerging web practices 

• Skilled in Figma, Adobe XD or similar

• Experience in using HTML5, CSS, and Javascript

• Experience in using WordPress CMS

• Ability to work independently 

When working at Innoflow, you do not have to be afraid of socializing too little or “being left alone in the field” too much. In this role, you will be closely cooperating with our UX/UI designer team & with our marketing team. 

Your tasks and responsibilities will be: 

• Design and implement new web pages using Divi Builder

• Maintain existing web pages

• Manage our website’s content using WordPress CMS

• Revise, edit, proofread & optimise web content 

The position is an unpaid full-time internship starting from the 21st of January 2022. The Danish language is not a requirement for this position, but we expect you to be fluent in English. There is a possibility of working remotely, but we would be more than happy to welcome you to our beautiful and cool office in Christianshavn, Bådsmandsstræde 19b, 1407 KBH K. The office is only a 5-minute walk from Christianshavn metro station. 

The recruitment process

You can solve the case whenever it fits your schedule as long as it’s before the submission deadline. After the submission deadline, we will review all case solutions and based on that, select the final candidates. Whether or not you are among the final candidates, you will receive feedback about your case solution. All case solutions are deleted once the recruitment process is complete.

We want every person in Innoflow to feel welcomed and included, and to be able to utilize their talents in the best way possible. Therefore, the candidates will receive an invitation to complete a personality test. The test is called TT38, a psychometric test that has been developed on the basis of research in the field of positive psychology focusing on the character strengths and behaviors that allow individuals to build a life of meaning and purpose.

Based on the case solution and the TT38, selected candidates will be invited for a personal interview. You might be asked to elaborate on your case solution based on questions we may have.

Now the only thing left to do is to click the "Sign up" button, create a password, follow the e-mail flow and then go to the case page in the platform. The case is already in there, ready to be solved! Your email will not be visible to us prior to the case assessment. Please be aware, before signing up, that there might be minimum requirements such as location and certifications –in that case, it is stated on the landing page.
