Are you our new SEO Intern?

Are you looking for an opportunity to develop your personal and professional skills while being a part of a meaningful mission? Would you like to contribute with your everyday work in order to improve the quality of hiring processes as well as education by removing conscious and unconscious bias - putting upfront the talent that all people have?

 

Initially, we do not need your resume and you do not need to spend time writing a motivating application. We ask you to anonymously solve a relevant case, i.e., a professional assignment that allows you to show your abilities, regardless of your background - we believe that everyone has talent and would like to give everyone the opportunity to show it! We expect that the case will take 30-60 minutes to resolve, which is roughly equivalent to the time it takes to write a tailor-made motivated application. A case, by the way, which will give you insights into the tasks that come with joining our team.

Let’s move on to your role. As an SEO/Marketing Intern, we expect you to be passionate about the different SEO-oriented activities and strategies. The recommended skills and competencies for you to make the most out of this experience are: 

  • Experience within Marketing and SEO 

  • Understanding Google Analytics 

  • Experience with WordPress and HTML 

  • Good communication and English-writing skills  

  • A good understanding of different SEO strategies, tools, and trends 

  • Critical thinking

  • Knowledge about current and emerging marketing trends 

  • Ability to work independently 

  • Experience in using Yoast SEO is a plus but not a requirement  

When working at Innoflow, you do not have to be afraid of socializing too little or “being left alone in the field” too much. In this role, you will be part of our amazing marketing team that will provide you with guidance and a safe learning atmosphere. You will also be closely collaborating with our Designer team.


Your tasks and responsibilities will be: 

  • Preparing SEO and keyword analysis 

  • Managing all SEO activities

  • Collecting data and transferring them into knowledge and recommendations

  • Link building

  • Creating & Managing Keyword strategy to increase rankings

  • Creating SEO-oriented strategies 

  • Assist in daily tasks across the marketing department  

The position is an unpaid full-time internship starting from the January 2022. Speaking Danish is not a requirement for this position, but we expect you to be fluent in English. There is a possibility of working remotely, but we would be more than happy to welcome you to our beautiful and cool office in Christianshavn, Bådsmandsstræde 19b, 1407 KBH K. The office is only a 5-minute walk from Christianshavn metro station.  


The Recruitment Process

You can solve the case whenever it fits your schedule as long as it’s before the submission deadline. We will review the case solutions ongoingly and whether or not you are among the final candidates, you will receive feedback about your case solution. All case solutions are deleted once the recruitment process is complete.

We want every person in Innoflow to feel welcomed and included, and to be able to utilize their talents in the best way possible. Therefore, the final candidates will receive an invitation to complete a personality test. The test is called TT38, a psychometric test that has been developed on the basis of research in the field of positive psychology focusing on the character strengths and behaviors that allow individuals to build a life of meaning and purpose.

Based on the case solution and the TT38, selected candidates will be invited for a personal interview. You might be asked to elaborate on your case solution based on questions we may have.
