We are looking for a full-time native French speaker who will join our talented, dedicated team, and will work determinedly to grow our online presence and sales in France. Someone who wants to work hard, hands-on and determinedly to build an international brand within the cosmeceuticals industry with his or her own team. You will be part of an exciting scale-up and test your skills with digital marketing and leadership for an e-commerce business that is rapidly growing.

Who are we?

We are a Danish-based beauty brand with offices in the heart of Copenhagen with 19 fresh and dedicated team members. We introduce a new generation of cosmeceuticals and beauty products for the picky customer. Since HairLust was founded in 2017, the business has grown each quarter, won multiple beauty awards, expanded into 16 local markets, developed 40 products, had more than 100.000 customers and the list goes on. Today, we have 10.000-15.000 monthly orders and more than 500.000 monthly unique visitors.

The main responsibilities for this role

• Launch Hairlust online in France

• You'll get the overall responsibility for our operations in France

• Localize, build and improve our marketing and customer journey

Things you'll work with

• SEM, SEO, content marketing, paid social, influencer marketing, marketing automation and email marketing

• Establish the right framework for measuring, reporting and optimizing funnel metrics.

• Make sure the local webshops are always up to date both operational and content wise.

• Day-to-day management of our local Shopify stores.

• Customer service (via e-mail for French customers) and community management

• Potentially build a bigger French team to assist you when the French market has grown too big for one person.

The right candidate profile might look like this:

• You love digital marketing and e-commerce

• You've got experience within digital marketing

• You are a tech-savvy

• You work in a structured manner

• You have a knack for expressing yourself both in writing and visually

• You're native French speaker

• You're proactive, creative within marketing and dare to try out new things

Prior experience in digital marketing such as SEM and SEO is not a requirement, however it's preferable that the right candidate has some experience in the scope of digital marketing. We'll provide you with training in order for you to get up-to-date knowledge within the specific fields of digital marketing.
