The position: Researcher, Online Studies, is a valued part of Neurons’ study process, and performs study-related preparations, is a main asset in study design and data collection and ensures the highest data quality from start to finish. This includes planning studies with the company’s sales and analysts, working with developers to create online projects, handle online recruitment, and handover data for reporting. You will function as a key part of the web-based research team, as the role involves a great overview, detailed communication, a focus on details, and overall, a strong scientific mindset.

Responsibilities include ensuring the best possible data quality on our psychological tests, stimuli, and surveys, as well as other study-related details involved in the study process.


Main responsibilities

  • Ensuring the best possible data quality for online studies, both standardized projects and more ad-hoc, bespoke projects.

  • Study preparation, launch, recruitment monitoring and data handover.

  • Feasibility testing and planning of best solutions. 

  • Detailed communication with other involved departments from project beginning to end.

  • Create, correct, and test stimuli independently, or if needed with the assistance of relevant departments.

  • Provide daily updates on study progression in field.

  • Support Head of Online Research with a diverse array of projects and study tasks.

  • Participate in project meetings. 

  • Recruitment logistics and database management.

 

We expect applicants to have research experience. Training to this particular role is a part of the onboarding process. 


Ideal fit

  • Prior research experience is expected.

  • An ability to work independently and in a structured manner.

  • The ability to document work progress and choices.

  • Excellent verbal and written English skills.

  • Great communication -and people skills.

  • Experience with working in smaller project-related teams.

  • Excellent PC skills, and ease of adopting new software and solutions

  • Enthusiasm and dedication, energy, structured work routines, reliability, willingness along with ability to learn, a good sense of humor and excellent social skills

  • A scientific mindset, and keen attention to detail and structure.

  • A proven ability to work well under tight management and timelines

Salary:                          entry level + project bonus
