We design and manufacture sensor hardware, build software tools and integrate solutions for good indoor climate, improved air quality, thermal comfort and good acoustics. You will be a key leader in shaping this strategy and driving the process in a very hands-on yet strategic way. The ideal candidate will:
Offer strong leadership skills & key account management skills for B2B and B2G sales
Help with recruitment of sales staff and managing them.
Setting ambitious but realistic sales targets with good pipeline management
Is digitally savvy and is able to interact well with the digital marketing team & concepts
Is responsible for managing a sales team of 2-3 people initially.
Have experience in negotiating commercial contracts & setup distribution partnerships
You will:
Be reporting to the CEO and to Board of Directors
Be proficient in spoken and written Danish + English (bonus with Swedish / German)
Ideally domain expertise and history in sales for facility management/property management or HVAC / BMS systems.
Alternatively have a solid track record in software / SaaS sales.
Be based out of Copenhagen area (flex hours possible)
Drive growth in Denmark & Sweden initially followed by Germany / UK / Netherlands / Belgium.
