Pluss is now offering an opportunity as Digital Marketing and Growth Manager in a pre, take-off and post launch phase. This is a part time opportunity, suitable for a student or a freelancing consultant.

About the role:

As a Digital Marketing and Growth Manager at Pluss you will work closely with the co-founders and product lead, with backgrounds in driving user growth at large global tech companies.

You will facilitate our work to define and set our digital marketing and user growth strategy. You will also work hands on creating content that speaks to our brand, users and customers. This is a great opportunity to work in an environment with a lot of creative freedom and a high level of responsibility.

We are looking for a creative doer with a can do attitude. You are not afraid to take on new challenges, and you will collaborate with the founding team on your creative ideas and knowledge.

You have extensive understanding of social media platforms and most likely knowledge from working with Adobe Creative Suite, Socialbakers, Facebook Business and Google Analytics or similar tools. Your strong copywriting and communication skills are expressed in both Swedish and English. And being in a start-up environment, you understand and love the fact that things move quickly and that nothing is somebody else's problem - you and everyone else on the team are expected to dig in wherever needed in order to drive growth and engagement. That being said, your role has the following three main objectives and responsibilities:

• Be part of and facilitate the strategy, planning and management of digital marketing and user growth campaigns

• Develop creative and effective social media content across multiple platforms that promotes community growth, fan engagement and support brand marketing objectives

• Analyse and maintain regular reports on marketing and social media performance – present key learnings and adapt strategies
