We are looking for a Salesperson to join our ambitious team in Espoo, Finland.
Our product is built based on our own frustration towards understanding quickly what can be developed in teams and business operations, so work can flow and business grow. Workfellow is the fastest and easiest way to find out what could be digitized, automated, and optimized in organizations.
We've been developing the product with our early customers for 12 months, just raised a new Series A funding round from industry-leading VCs and ex-top management from the world's fastest-growing enterprise software business. Now we're ready to speed things up.
As a Salesperson, you would be working with prospecting customers and building the pipeline together with our sales & marketing team. We are a fresh team so we don't have so much legacy, but of course, a lot to build to accelerate sales. This is a unique opportunity to impact what Workfellow becomes in the future. The founders and the rest of the team will be there supporting you all the time.
We're focusing mostly on the EU and UK markets, and our software is built for large businesses. All of our early customers are well-known for their automation programs or far in a digital transformation journey.
Manage the end-to-end sales process
Proactively build a sales pipeline through outreaching our ideal customers by cold calling, emails, Linkedin, etc.
Qualify and engage inbound leads
Build relationships with decision-makers in our target segment/customers
Continuously improve our sales processes, share and implement best practices together with other sales & marketing team
Take feedback from customers and funnel it into the product development process
Consistently meet your monthly quota
Construct, forecast, and manage your sales pipeline via Pipedrive
You have 2+ years of experience in enterprise software sales preferably in a fast-growing startup with a solid track record
Self-starter with an international growth mindset
Ability to work in a fast-paced, innovative, and rapidly growing environment
Ability to communicate effectively with high-level business leaders in large organizations
You have great business acumen: you understand the reality of large companies and enterprises, what affects their profitability, and how they make decisions to buy software
You have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

It's a great plus if you have demonstrated expertise from process intelligence, enterprise analytics, or business process automation technologies, e.g., process mining/discovery, RPA, chatbots, OCR, and selling those for BPOs, GBS, telcos, banks, and insurance companies.
