Responsibilities

• Work in daily collaboration with the developers to achieve the team goals and shape the future of incy.io

• Translate customer needs and business requirements into user interfaces that are intuitive to use

• Use rough mockups, polished designs, and interactive prototypes to communicate your ideas

• Coordinate user research and testing and share the insights to the team

Qualifications

• Experience in contemporary UI design tools, such as Figma, Sketch, XD…

• Experience in user research and testing methods 

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

• Fluent Finnish and English for interviewing our domestic and global clients 

• Bonus: Experience in working in an agile software development team

• Bonus: Experience in working as a UX or UI designer in a professional setting

• Bonus: Experience in Figma
