The Role:
Tipser is growing and that means we need you to bring your top notch candidate experience, sourcing, and recruitment strategy skills to our team! As a Jr. Talent Acquisition Specialist, will be working to grow Tipser with a focus on Sales, Marketing, and Operations roles and you will work hand in hand with internal hiring managers to find awesome talent to join the crew. 🚀
You’ll also be working closely with me, the Head of People & Culture, and I can’t wait to hear your thoughts and feedback on what you think we are doing well in our existing recruitment process and what we could be doing better. Even though this is a junior position, you will have a big impact on talent acquisition and on Tipser’s recruitment process as a whole!
This is a full time role based in our Stockholm office.
As a Jr. Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will:
Partner closely with our internal teams to understand their functions and hiring needs while making hiring recommendations to bring on board amazing people for Tipser
Build strong candidate pipelines and guide them through the interview and closing process
Provide an exceptional and inclusive candidate experience to all candidates
Create, recommend, and implement strategies to tackle problems and build pipelines through sourcing, referrals, research, and events
Source and identify passive people to build Tipser’s teams through use of boolean search, online tools, and unique sourcing techniques
Identify new ways to build awareness of Tipser in new hiring markets
Focus on inclusive recruiting practices
We think that you have:
1-2 years of professional experience as a Researcher, Sourcer, or Consultant in a head hunting agency and/or in a scale up or start up environment. You might also have experience in a Lead Generation type of role but found that pure sales is not the right path for you.
Proven track record of engaging passive candidates/leads, building diverse pipelines, and providing inclusive candidate experiences
A data-driven mindset and approach to solving problems and drawing insights
An abundance of innovation and passion for Talent Acquisition and growing strong, diverse teams
The ability to thrive in a fast paced, ever evolving environment where you have a lot of freedom in your day to day work
Fluency in English, both in writing and speaking
A big plus if you have:
Sourcing or Recruiting experience from a tech company in the start up or scale up phase
Experience and/or a passion for implementing successful Employer Branding techniques
