Founded in 2017 and based in Gothenburg, Sweden, Hiber has created a social entertainment platform where people can play and create on their mobile devices and PCs, without the need to code. With thousands of interactive 3D experiences created each day, and more than one million created to date, there is always something to do. 

Our company has grown from a handful of people in the early days to around 35 dedicated and extremely talented Hiberians today. In June, we raised our Series A, and are now planning to find even more talented and fun people to join the team and conquer the world!


About the Job

By reading this far, you probably understand that there will be a lot of new people joining Hiber in the coming years. And we would like you to be the one helping us find them! You will work closely with the team to continue finding the best people on the planet, and support the work in making Hiber a great place to work.


Your responsibilities:

  • Be the driving force and lead all the talent acquisition activities end to end. Both building a pipeline as well as facilitating the ongoing hiring processes working closely with our hiring managers.

  • Help our team create a positive candidate experience at all times.

  • Proactively lead employer brand initiatives together with the team, making sure that Hiber continues to be the no 1 choice for talent not only in Sweden but globally.

  • Keep up-to-date on news and trends within talent acquisition to make sure we continuously develop our ways of working.

  • Contribute to a positive, collaborative company culture.


Wish list:

  • At least 2 years of experience in talent acquisition within tech, performing high-volume recruiting work. 

  • Experience driving projects and the ability to develop processes for recruitment while effectively conveying employer branding.

  • A passion for solving problems, thinking on your feet and an interest in  learning new things.

  • A degree preferably in HR, Business, or a similar discipline.

  • Excellent communications skills in both written and spoken English.
