Our vision is to empower the next generation of scientists to change the world!
Labster’s goal is to develop software that makes learning both engaging and effective, and to make it accessible to as many students as possible (see short trailer here).
Every year, our simulations are played by millions of students and each semester more than 4,000 universities, high schools and other institutions around the globe are using them to enhance their teaching programs.
We govern ourselves by using a flat-hierarchy system called Holacracy that is focused on roles, collaboration and distributed leadership. We believe in flexible work hours and a healthy work-life balance, and while we love to achieve great things via concentrated work, it’s incredibly important for us to have happy and engaged team members.
With 20+ nationalities placed in offices in Bali, Zürich, Copenhagen, and Boston, you will find yourself in a truly international and inclusive environment. We value and protect authentic motivation and empowerment as we believe that the best results are created by engaged and inspired people.
