About us..

Ideel coffee's vision is to be an advocate for sustainability in the coffee capsule industry. Our mission is to engage in beneficial and transparent business practices for each and every stakeholder, from our farmers in Ethiopia to our end consumers in Denmark. In 2020, we won the green tech category in Denmark's Entrepreneurial competition in both the regional and national level. 

We are are small team of 4 and in a true start-up manner, there are times when none of us are sure what or how to do it. And we believe, that’s ok. It’s ok to not know, it’s ok to mess up, it’s ok to try again. What’s not ok is to let the fear of unknown paralyse you with indecision.

Currently we are situated in a central incubator surrounded by 11 other start-ups and a lot of helpful business mentors.

We are looking for someone who has…

• The ability and lust to work in a young dynamic team.

• Innate curiosity on digital marketing and shaping a meaningful brand.

• Firm written- and verbal communication skills (English & Danish)

• Experience with CRM systems

       A passion about creating a brand with compelling values, which you achieve through captivating content in blog pieces, social media posts, newsletters, and videos. You'll help develop a content plan and engage with the Ideel community. You have a startup mentality and bring great ideas to the table so we can get even further as a team.

You will…

• Write blog posts

• Develop and execute a communication strategy

• Help develop our SoMe channels and create a content plan

• Help with various tasks within influencer marketing

• Be in charge of PR activities

• Potentially have other tasks, depending on your qualifications and desires

The position

The start date is ASAP, starting from August 2021, and the duration is between 3-6 months.
