About us..

Ideel Kaffe's vision is to be an advocate for sustainability in the coffee capsule industry. Our mission is to engage in beneficial and transparent business practices for each and every stakeholder, from our farmers in Ethiopia to our end consumers in Denmark. In 2020, we won the green tech category in Denmark's Entrepreneurial competition in both the regional and national level. 

We are currently selling Denmark's first home-compostable coffee capsules, which are filled with some of the worlds finest coffees.

We are are small team of 4 and in a true start-up manner, there are times when none of us are sure what or how to do it. And we believe, that’s ok. It’s ok to not know, it’s ok to mess up, it’s ok to try again. What’s not ok is to let the fear of unknown paralyse you with indecision.

Currently we are situated in a central incubator surrounded by 11 other start-ups in a buzzing environment.

You have…

• The ability to understand the market and create content accordingly

• The ability and lust to work in a young dynamic team

• Experience with relevant software programs

• A fundamental understanding of digital design principles, design patterns, typography, visual balance, colours, etc

       A passion about creating a brand with compelling values, which you achieve through captivating content in social media posts & ADS, newsletters, and videos, motion graphics and more. You'll help develop a content plan and engage with the Ideel community. You have a startup mentality and bring great ideas to the table so we can get even further as a team.

• Help building and maintaining our brand and design system.

• Get the opportunity to develop, design, and implement your ideas.

• Be part of discussions about priorities in both design and marketing.

• Get useful insights into how it is being a young entrepreneur in todays society.
