We are looking for

A skilled indvidual who is driven by quarterly targets and thrive in a sales environment. A successful candidate has a keen sense of situation awareness, empathy and a practical approach to problem solving. Good organisational skills and the ability to deliver on time is a must.

The right candidate is highly motivated to learn and take ownership of the role by taking initiatives to improve the customers experience when possible.

We strive to have a datadriven approach to all decision making, as such an individual who is naturally inclined to keep excellent records and sustain a highlevel of data management is a necessary attribute in attaining the position.


Your primary tasks of a Account Manager will therefore consist of, among other things:

  • Drive the growth of and build a long-term relationship with our existing customer accounts

  • Taking ownership of contract renewals

  • Pipeline management and forecasting

  • Advise existing clients on best practices that will make them a success and drive ARR

  • Collaborate with the Customer Success team to retain your own portfolio of clients

  • Structuring and executing on our business review program

  • Documenting subscriptions, contracts and pricing models.


Experience and skills

You will be a key person influencing the satisfaction and success of our customers, and we therefore expect the following qualifications:

  • You have previous experience working within B2B sales

  • Experience with Hubspot or Intercom will be a big plus.

  • Experience with sending quotes and negotiating

  • Excellent written communication skills and a professional manner when dealing with customers.

  • It is an advantage if you can speak German or Dutch in addition to English as well as any of the Scandinavian languages

  • Solution-oriented mindset and a structured approach to work.

  • A quick analytical mind which is able to find the right solution for each customer.

  • You thrive in a fast-paced environment, we are growing by the hour and you are someone who can cope with constant change.

  • Previous experience with influencer marketing, marketing in general or an avid user of social media.
