Kitchen assistant with a great passion for Chinese food

At Restaurant Royal Garden, we are looking for our next big kitchen star. You do not need to have great experience of being in a kitchen. But it will obviously be an advantage if you have a bit of knowledge of how a kitchen works at a restaurant, and what it means to work together.

As a restaurant, we have a strong focus on working in our kitchen as a team. It is therefore extremely important that you yourself want to be part of a team. It is also important that you can communicate with the team in a calm and understandable tone regardless of the situation you are in. This applies both in relation to the cooperation between the team in the kitchen, but also the cooperation with our waiter team.

For us as a restaurant, it is extremely important that our guests can feel our love for everything we do - from the preparation of our Dim Sum, the serving of our Chinese dishes to a refreshing drink, wine or cocktail. It is therefore important that you have a dream of working and mastering Dim Sum technically.

But at the same time that you are passionate about being part of a committed team, where you take pride in ensuring the quality of our Dim Sum before it is served to our guests.

Who are you?

We are looking for a kitchen assistant who would love and will help to prepare our Dim Sum dishes for our guests. The work takes place in close collaboration with our Dim Sum chefs.

It will be possible to train as a Dim Sum chef in our Dim Sum kitchen - if you have both flair and the right working attitude.
