We are looking for a talented and structured student assistant to work closely with our Website Team to contribute to the continuous development and growth of our sales of sports and outdoor gear.

We focus on Danish design and sustainable manufacturing in Europe & Asia. We develop all our products in close cooperation with Olympic athletes and extreme outdoor adventurers. What can you expect from the job?

You will work closely with our Website Manager and support day-to-day operations. This includes content implementation, updating prices & promotions, installing new apps or plugins and monitoring their performance to ensure the website’s overall functioning. You would also be trained to support our website’s service email in case it is needed. In addition to the daily and operational tasks, you will have the opportunity to develop analytical skills by analysing Google Analytics, as well as help us improve customer loyalty via our loyalty program and more.

What do we expect from you?

It is very important that you have an independent, structured work attitude, are customer-oriented, and you know how to work in a result-oriented way. You should have a hands-on approach to problem-solving and communicate clearly in English (our operational language). Furthermore, you should be able to handle multiple tasks at the same. We expect that you can act on your analysis and be proactive in implementing your ideas.

Qualifications:

• Ideally, you are in your last year of undergraduate studies or the first year of your Masters

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

• High attention to detail & strong organizational skills

• Independent & structured way of working

• Strong customer orientation and communication skills

• Ambition and interest in learning Shopify and E-commerce

• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, PPT, Excel)

• Fluency (written and spoken) in English is required

• Native in Danish, German, Spanish, Italian or French is an advantage

Additional facts:

Weekly working hours: Part-time (15 hours)

Location: Holmen, in central Copenhagen, at Talent Garden Rainmaking (great office)
